In the 20+ years that I've been active in IT, I worked my way from software engineer in MS .Net and Java, to a Principal Digital Architect and Program Architect for Salesforce. Returning elements throughout my career are CRM, Online and integrating that into existing landscapes. This was already valuable in my last role at Capgemini, where as a Principal Digital Solution Architect and part of the global Digital Customer Experience team, I helped several customers like IKEA, Liberty Global, Rabobank and Canon to make their Digital vision and strategy reality and successful. This background with both technical as well as business experience definitely helps me in being a trusted advisor to the organizations key management in my role as a Program Architect. Making the right decisions in implementing Salesforce with customers and make them get the most out of Salesforce as soon as possible.
